Refunds are possible only if Start Bharat fails to deliver services as per agreed scope, due to an identifiable, verifiable deficiency on our part.
- Refunds will be considered only for service issues, not for changes of mind after work has begun.
- If the service has already been delivered (e.g., documentation submitted, certificate provided) and you change your mind, refunds are not applicable. However, you may use the paid amount as credit towards another service of equal or greater value.

To be eligible, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the date when service was completed or delivered.
Refund requests made after this 30-day period will generally not be accepted unless there is a documented deficiency confirmed by Start Bharat.

- Submit your refund request in writing (email or support ticket).
- Our team will review and notify you of the decision.
- Approved refunds are processed within 15 business days, credited back via the original payment method.
✅ 4. What Is Not Refunded
- Government or regulatory fees (e.g., MCA filing charges, DSC fees, GST payments).
- Payments already made to third-party vendors or authorities on your behalf.
- Any additional charges due to delays or non-compliance caused by client negligence or delayed documentation.
✅ 5. Alternative to Refund
If refund isn’t possible due to completed delivery but you wish to change services, Start Bharat may offer the option to credit the paid amount toward another service of equal or higher value within a 60‑day window from the original purchase date.
✅ 6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We aim to deliver excellence in every engagement. If you’re unsatisfied due to deficiencies in Start Bharat’s work, contact us immediately. We’ll correct the issue or offer a full refund on the service fee component.
